I am Valerio, better known as HZOV4. I am from Rome and I have been playing One Piece Card Game since OP02.
I like decks that reward planning, matchup knowledge and small decisions made well. My routine is simple: study the theory, play a lot of ranked games, take notes and keep improving the list.
BY Luffy has been my favourite deck. Nami is the deck I have brought to events most often lately, but now I am fully committing to RG Luffy for OP16.5.
It is not much, but it is what it is. Three Top 64 finishes are a decent start, never the destination. I am honest about where I am, and I am aiming much higher.

The second title ended with a Nami mirror. I brought Sky Island because it gave me the tools I wanted for that exact fight.
5c Luffy kept the pressure high. Eight total copies of 7c Robin made the mirror much more consistent.Original result post ↗

Nami returned with the Thriller Bark package for one of the largest fields in Europe.
8c Gecko Moria is OP14 104. The yellow 4c Perona is OP14 111.

A black and yellow run built around the classic graveyard value engine.
8c Gecko Moria in standard art. 4c Kuzan in the OP02 alternate art.

A low curve red list that turns precise sequencing into repeated pressure.
4c Luffy OP12 015 and 2c Luffy OP01 024, both in alternate art.
Current core: 0 Bonney · 4 Nika · 4 Brook.
7c Nika is a premium answer in the RG mirror and against Mihawk builds using 7c Shanks and 9c Mihawk. Hard drawing four Nika and four Brook is worth more than spending early DON!! on Bonney searches.
Nika leaves the leader at a 5k base for the turn. Preserve every early life so repeated Nika hands remain playable and the opponent cannot force you away from the Nika line.
Minimise early searches and leave maximum DON!! active to protect life. 1c Nami remains worthwhile because she improves Nika; 1c Bonney is usually too expensive unless the curve is missing.
